asrock h67m-itx HELP!

just recently got the H67m-itx board. I bought a new i3 processor
Intel Core i3-3240

When I start it up i get 4 short beeps. did some digging around and find out that i need to update the bios. My big question is how do i do that when i cant even get this to boot up. I have no access to old processors so i can upgrade the bios. IS there any way i can upgrade or an i SOL...
 
Your motherboard requires bios level 2.10 to support your cpu. It was released 5/2012. If you bought very old stock, a bios update will be needed.
Look on the box label, it should tell you what bios level you have.

I would return the motherboard.
Otherwise, you will need to install temporarily an earlier supported cpu so you can do the bios update.
