I am building a new PC with the following components so far:

GAH81N mini ITX mobo
i7 4770 cpu
OCZ VTX460 ssd
Noctua NH-L9i cooler

I am not sure how I am supposed to power this computer. I am thinking of getting either this http://www.superbiiz.com/detail.php?name=PS-250SU or http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817104184. I would prefer an external PSU, but are they powerful enough for this system? I don't really understand how the picoPSUs connect to the motherboard and the external ac adapter. I also am wondering about the reliability of external PSUs.

I would like a case like this http://www.logicsupply.com/components/cases/mini-itx/m350/?gclid=CLPo_O2KtL4CFepAMgodqHIAiA or http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811163238. I can't figure out if an internal PSU would even fit in these.

Please HELP!!!

The Silverstone case is not Mini ITX, it's Thin Mini ITX. You'd need a Thin Mini ITX motherboard to fit in it, like this: http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/B75TM-ITX/
If you look at the pictures you can see this motherboard has a DC power input on the back to plug in the external power supply, the same as you would see on a laptop.
