I am trying to install windows 8.1 in my first system

specs:
cpu: i5 4670k

mobo: Asus maximus vi hero
r
am: corsair vengeance 8gb 2133 cl9 dual channel kit

psu: cooler master v850

drives: samsung 840 evo 120gb ssd, 1tb WD blue

optical drive: lg 24x dvd rw

graphics card: (still shipping) Evga gtx 770 4gb super clocked edition

i assembled all parts and only have to install windows and drivers now. I set to install from optical drive in bios and only have my sad connected. When i restart from bios and windows trys to install an error message simply reads "The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click "OK" to restart the computer, and then restart the installation". When i click okay and the computer restarts the same message pops up. Do you guys know any way to fix.
