Every game that needs dx10, or dx11 never works for me. I upgraded from a gt 430 to my gtx 750 ti if thats an issue. I just want to be able to run games in dx11 and not dx9. If I try to go to dxdiag, the first tab says I have dx11, but the display tab says that it cant read my dx thing. If I try to run Saint Rows 3 in dx10/11 it crashes, and if I try to run in dx9 it works. Same with Bioshock games. Just to let you know I run Windows Ultimate. Id love feedback asap. Im trying to run Metro 2033 and it keeps crashing, even after changing it to dx9. Please someone help. I even tried rebuilding my entire computer twice.

did you really buy a quad channel kit for a dual channel motherboard? i wonder if that might be causing an issue, becuase there is litterally no reason your system shouldn't be able to run dx11.

try taking out two of the ram sticks (in the same colored slots) and see if that helps.
You know how sometimes when you reach the end of a games installer, there are some boxes that ask if you need to install some things? like .net, visual c++, directx.

Do you install those?

You might want to try reinstalling the game and making sure you installed all those things at the end it wants.
