Best set of fans for 18+ fan build! * read whole description please! *

Hi there i have been designing my dream PC for a while now and i have worked out most of the kinks except what fans two use the quick version of the build is that its a quad titan black, i7 4960x dual quad radiator system all inside a corsair obsidian 900d case.

I am looking for a good set of fans for the build, I don't have a specific preference for quite or performance, so i would most like good performing fans but that if need be i can turn down for silence but still have decent temps.

I currently am looking at the Corsair case fans cause they look good and seem to have good specs but i don't know which would best suit my preference. Or if a better set of fans would suit my needs that is also very helpful .
