I'm building a gaming config. and I will be using the same for gaming mostly. There will be barely any multi tasking on my PC so the IMP factor rather the only thing i'm looking at is deriving EXTRA FPS from every small modification to my rig. I will be playing games at ultra 1080p setting so kindly suggest my if the below GPU + CPU + MOBO + PSU combo will allow me to give pretty good FPS to play games like crysis 3 at ultra setting 1080p. ( Games like Crysis 3, BF4 and upcoming high end games )

Also this is the max to max money i can shell out for the respective components. I just want to make sure if it is worth for some components. If not please help me downgrade some of the components. I'm baised towards Intel, Asus, Corsair, Sapphire, Gigabyte so please suggest accordingly. Im will not OC the PC nor am i looking to upgrade even a single part for next 3 years almost.

Processor - Intel Core i5-4430 - Rs. 12,694.00 / i5-4440 3.10 GHz Processor - Rs. 12,959.00 / I5-4570 3.2 Ghz - Rs. 14,887.00
CPU Cooler - Cooler Master Hyper TX3 EVO - Rs. 1,560 / Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO - Rs. 2,600 - Choose which one ?
GPU - Sapphire R9 280X Dual-X OC 3GB UEFI -. Rs. 23,348.00 / ASUS R9 280X R9280X-DC2T-3GD5 Graphic - Rs. 23,699.00
Mobo - Help me choose any below 9-10k max. only if needed go beyond 9k
Ram - 2x4 GB corsair vengeance 1600mhz - Rs. 5,500
PSU - Corsair Enthusiast Series TX650 V2 - Rs. 6,000
Case : Corsair carbine series spec 1 - Rs. 3,600

( Rs. = Indian Rupees ) Pc is going to be purchased from www.primeabgb.com

1. With regards to CPU if i want to save 2k by downgrading from 4570 to 4430 considering the rest of the rig and the settings im going to play games at will it affect my FPS and gaming performance while playing games ? If yes, by how much FPS or difference ? Is it worth it or ok ?

2. Help with choose a better GPU from the above tagged ones with regards to cooling performance as the price there is barely any price difference ?

3. With regards to GPU does the Nvidia counterpart offer better performance in comparison ? If yes, then which one and by how much difference ?

4. Any shuffling with Motherboard considering the rest of the rig will boost the gaming performance or FPS in games ?

Hope the detailed query attracts lot of answers which will help me purchase the right components at a right price. Looking forward to some great and useful answers.

4570 to 4430 is no "huge" difference, I doubt you will even tell.

Your R9 280X is a great choice, keep it, Or if your intrigued to go better, look into the R9 290 4GB custom cooled (Asus DCUII/Sapphire Tri-X/MSI twin Frozr).

Nvidia's GTX 770 takes blows with the R9 280X in all games, some doing better in others, both solid choices.

Motherboard; ASRock H87 PERFORMANCE, or go H87 Extreme by ASRock if too much.

Hope this helps

From India? Cool. I would suggest you to get an i5 4570 as it is a bit powerful than 4430 and can be purchased for Rs. 12,400 at Nehru place. About the GPU, Asus R9 280x DC2T is powerful than Dual-X. Or you can add 500 bucks more and get Sapphire R9 280x Vapor-X for 24K.

The PSU you've chosen is a good one. If you want a modular PSU, go for SeaSonic M12II 620 for Rs. 7000 or M12II750 for Rs. 7, 500.

Gigabyte is a good brand. Are you okay with mATX? I'm asking this because mATX usually costs less. If you're okay, get Gigabyte GA-B85M-D3H which costs around Rs.5,500 to Rs. 6,000.

AMD R9 280x usually is a bit louder. So get a good case that comes with noise reducing foam so that your PC can be quieter.

GPU is powerful much. Just want to confirm will Core i3 4430 + Mobo Asus H87 bottle neck its performance by any chance ??? How much FPS for crysis 3 should i be looking at Ultra setting 1080P ?

Also, I'm looking forward for more Motherboard options. Also, PSU from cooler master or Antec ( Good quality ) under 6k ?

There won't be much of bottleneck with the CPU, but I would rather get an i5 4570 to be more certain. For a good quality PSU, all SeaSonic PSUs (except ECO series) are great and Antec is also powerful. Avoid Corsair's VS series. With R9 280x, you can except around 60+ FPS on Crysis 3 at 1080p ultra settings.

For the Mo-Bo, is H87 your only choice? Are you okay with B85 chipsets? Note: Don't get MSI components as they are closing their support in India.

Just need to confirm through some moderator will Intel Core - i5-4430 or anything below 4570 will bottleneck by gpu's performance -
Sapphire R9 280X Dual-X OC ? OR Asus GTX 760 2GB OC ? Asus H87 mobo is finalized.

not even a 4430, it's still a strong CPU. That PSU is easily enough to suffice your rig.
