Hi guys, wondering if you can give me a nice 800$ CAD or less intel gaming pc ? I won't need any monitor or mouses. this computer must play games at high setting and be able to stream games without lagging. I'd like a build to be able to play all sort of games, not specific one but if you want one, I'd say that I play League of Legends the most. People tell me that GPU > CPU so post your builds !

What I'd like

CPU : i7 (or i5 )
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680 (pref)
Overclock : no
When to buy : next week
Need OS? : yes w7 or w8

Thanks a lot

If you want to keep under $800 you'd need to swap the GTX660 for a GTX750Ti (recommend the Asus GTX750Ti if so). The GTX660 is 20% more powerful on average: http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/ASUS/GTX_750_Ti_OC/25.html

I included the GTX660 because the cost is just over 6% more ($840/$790) but the performance jumps to 20% difference.

You should also look at the CASE carefully as this may not be one you like. Google for more information. I recommend you keep most of it:
- i5-4460
- 1150 motherboard (best quality for your budget)
- 8GB (2x4GB )1600MHz DDR3 memory
- 1TB WD HDD
- Windows 8 64-bit
hi, meet you again :)

if you arent a hardcore gamer, you dont need expensive GPU
the rule GPU > CPU is right, for some case. but there is a minimum CPU cost, at least i5 4 cores. lower the budget on cpu, you will end up with dual cores...

this build is good for MMORPG, but able to play BF4 at medium setting. see this benchmark for gtx 750 Ti
http://www.anandtech.com/show/7764/the-nvidia-geforce-gtx-750-ti-and-gtx-750-review-maxwell/14

please play around with this build and see how much it goes if you include gtx 680 (or now is called gtx 770)

The above build looks okay. You would want the GTX770 not the GTX680 but that's not in your budget.

Other recommendations:
1) CPU cooler (not stock one included) such as Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

2) DVD burner

3) Windows 8 64-bit OEM
*Please don't get Windows 7. If you aren't convinced I can explain. You can avoid the new interface (I do) with Start8 for $5 but Windows 8 is better. For example, BF4 already coded to work better in Windows 8 and upcoming applications and changes won't be compatible with W7.

Hi, I really like your build but I don't really like the case. Here's the build with the new case, how about it ? Do you think it's a good case or should I rechoose ? Thanks
