here is a better build i cam up with in that price range generally amd is a value option but intel will dance around amd at this price range especially for gaming. Also put the money into hardware not cooling and that radeon graphics card is overpriced gtx770 for $300 will provide the same performance http://gpuboss.com/gpus/Radeon-R9-290-vs-GeForce-GTX-770 and will have better driver support.
