1) The Noctua NH-D14 has a Voltage-controlled fan and is probably overkill for your usage.
2) Liquid coolers are okay, but suffer from the problem of reduced air flow over the CPU voltage regulators and System Memory. That's why they often tell you to turn the fans around to blow air towards the CPU area, however if you do that you need to rethink your airflow (likely have top/rear as INTAKE and front as EXHAUST).
3) Some coolers have compatibility issues with the DDR3 memory left slot or top PCIe slot.
4) *I recommend the Noctua NH-U12S. After much research i installed it for an i5-4670K. I don't have the temps but you should be fine.
The U12S is incredibly quiet. I absolutely can't hear it in normal usage.

**Look carefully at the NOISE vs COOLING (noise doubles every 10dB increase. Thus 40dB is 4x as loud as 20dB).
The ONLY quieter cooler at this performance level is another more expensive Noctua. The liquid coolers cool a bit better but at the expense of much higher NOISE, and they have all the issues I mentioned (plus the potential to fail completely).
The Liquid coolers are actually louder under normal usage than the difference shown here. The Noctua is SILENT under most usage (I stopped and started it with my finger), and the liquid coolers usually have louder fans as well as the pump.
