Hi guys,

I have been having frequent BSD problems since I formatted my PC into Win7 (64 bits). Tried reformatting, same thing happens. I tried my best to make sense of the instructions provided in previous threads (i.e. download window debugger, etc etc..), but couldn't get it.

I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out on this. I have posted the link to my .dmp file below. Thanks guys, and sorry for the trouble!

I know you've said you've used the debuggers, but try whocrashed so I can make sense of the dump.

you have a stop code 0x00003b caused by win32k.sys driver.
sounds like some out of date or corrupt drivers. Run a program like slimdrivers or refer to your manufacturers parts for drivers. I would run a sfc /scannow from the cmd (start, search "command prompt" right click and run as administrator, type "sfc /scannow" and hit enter) to check for corrupt files altogether

Took your advice! Ran the sfc/scannow (no violation apparently) and slimdrivers (14 outdated drivers found). Updated the drivers accordingly, hope this fixes it! Thanks!
