You should normally have a DVI-I and a DVI-D port , did your monitor came with DVI-I and DVI-D cables ? If yes plug them in , turn windows on , hold the windows key and p and choose multiple screens ( 3rd button ) , that should do the work

pretty much what Andrei said, but also, think about it, if you're trying to do a Surround setup, if you only have two monitors, your crosshairs/reticle/character, will be placed in the bezel of the two monitors, since they would be the 'center' point. If you're looking to game like that you would want three monitors.
 


Yep.
Gaming with two monitors is a bad idea. I recommend just using the second one for non-gaming tasks. You can setup everything in the NVidia Control Panel.
