Alright the "best" thing in my life started a few weeks ago. So im the average PC gamer and, well, i enjoys games.But, when i play ArmA 3 or any other game, i eventually plan to close it, right? So, i do the usual, i go to the menu and click exit game. And the cutest thing happens. When i exit the game windows 8.1 gladly dosent work. What i mean by that is, that windows will not open ANYTHING, and the icons on the bottom right of the screen (such as the volume, wifi, and other crap) wont appear. This is EVERY time i try to close a game. So this pisses me off because, i have to restart my computer every time i close a game or full screen app. Why is this bad? Some people ask. Because i can not open the internet, or any other program, or really any thing. the only thing humanly possible is to restart the computer, open the other app that i wanted, and go through the same process OVER and OVER again. Please for the love of god can you guys help me.

First of all I doubt it's a Windows 8 specific issue. The first thing to check is your DDR3 memory by doing a full pass with MEMTEST www.memtest.org
You may need to change your Boot Order in the BIOS.
It sounds to me like you have some software corruption or memory issue.
