Our printer a Canon IP5000 refuses to print, giving the above reason. Sometimes it has said there is a problem with the print head, telling us to remove it and then reinsert it. Since we don't know what the print head is, we are lost. Trying not to buy a new printer because we already have a scanner and in new ones they are combined. Would appreciate some help, [removed]
