Best upgrade For gaming

I want to have the best parts for gaming and so far my build runs games perfectly fine but it still has its hiccups during the newer ones. I want to upgrade my computer for a better gaming experience so far my parts are:
Radeon r9 270x
fx-6300
8gb ram
1tb of storage
None of these are overclocked.

CoolerMaster Hyper212 EVO, ind get that fx oc'd. While most newer games are not CPU intensive, more gpu, they are still software, so remain CPU dependent. If 4.3+ still won't improve the games to your satisfaction, then I'd suggest a gtx 770 which with a 6300 @ 4.3 will run just about everything on high-ultra with good framerates.
