This is my planned PC build:
CPU: Intel Core2Quad Q9550 150km
GPU: nVidia GeForce GTX 560 Ti 230km
Ram: 4GB DDR3 40-50km
MB: Gigabyte GA-G41MT-S2 70km
PSU: Gigabyte Superb E470 400w 100km
Case: Blueberry BC-G52-560 Miditower Gamer Case G52 60km
HDD: 320GB WD 50-60km
Optical Drive: LG/Samsung (BluRay) 30-50km (optional optical drive)
Please do not mind about these xxxkm those are the prices in Bosnia and do have in mind prices for certain products are different. I plan playing games on it. It is about $500-$570 in together. If you have a suggestion where can I save money I would be pleased to hear it but probably you all are going to say to change the case. I will change it but gotta make sure that the PSU goes down, below the motherboard. Thanks!

change mobo and cpu for a haswell i3, it'll be faster, cooler, quieter. Not sure where you are buying from, so not sure what you can get in that range in kms. 560Ti would be better if you could get a 750, or 650ti.

i3 would probably a better option but also more expensive one just like GTX650ti. I buy all parts via www.pik.ba

Its like amazon, I don't know what you mean by a second hand site. There are reliable sellers and buyers and also frauds, but I will be mostly buying from PC shops and reliable sellers that have over 100 transactions on that site.

ok, looked a bit like craigs list etc. it'd be worth spending a bit more on a modern mobo so that you have somewhere to go in the future.

Decided for a LGA1150 (Haswell they are called?) and an i3 4330 (maybe 4330). It is a bit more expensive but at least I could upgrade more in the future.

and an i3-4330 would be a lot quicker than an old 9550 it's 4-5 generations newer.
