Duplicate Monitor + NVIDIA Control Panel's Scaling and Size options don't do anything.

Hey, I'm running MSI GeForce GTX 780 on 335.23 NVIDIA drivers and trying to setup a Monitor + TV as duplicate monitors, but the TV doesn't scale correctly with my monitor. The TV is missing approximately 3 centimeters of image on every side. TV's native resolution is 1360x768, monitor's is 1920x1080.

What I want is that both of my TV and Monitor show the same image, while the monitor is in 1920x1080 resolution, and TV screen is in any resolution, as long as the whole image is showing instead of missing 3cm from the sides.

So I tried to go to "Adjust desktop size and position" in NVIDIA control panel and fiddle around with all kind of settings, but I encountered a problem where... well, not a single option changes anything, despite both screens flashing black when I try to change something. And the options are sometimes randomly flashing blank.
Also in the "Size" tab, the "Resize..." button is blank even after enabling the resize thing.
I have tried pretty much everything, changing the scaling mode, resolution, display -> GPU, override, resolution, refresh rate, but nothing changes neither of my screens settings.

Any idea how to fix this?

I was previously running a Radeon with the same monitor and TV setup and it worked with Radeon drivers, so it should be possible, if NVIDIA drivers allow it.

I found an option to turn off "Auto Format" which should automatically adjust the aspect ratio, but that apparently did nothing.
If I haven't switched my AV input to the one showing my computer screen (HDMI), under that "Auto Format", you can choose "smart / wide / 4:3 / etc aspect ratios. But when I choose the one with my computer screen, those options will disappear.

I'm trying to find a way to get those options to appear, but can't seem to find a way.

Edit: Also, if it's any help, the TV is Sony KDL-32S2800. If anyone knows where to find the overscan settings in this particular TV, it would be helpful.
