Windows 8 needed an update, so it told me to restart my laptop, I did that, it said it had failed to update so its just resetting my laptop, then it froze for about an hour.
Now whenever I type in my password, it says 'the user.profile service failed the sign in, user profile cannot be loaded'.
I haven't got a restore point, as none of of windows updates have actually worked. I also don't have a recovery disk as my laptop was built with windows 8 and microsoft are absolultey useless saying they couldnt help me unless I paid for an extended warrenty, even though I've had my laptop for less than a year.
Any ideas??? Thank you!!
