Sometimes my screen goes clack or black/grey stripes, but I can still hear my music, game sounds, or someone on Skype. I usually turn my computer off and back on by holding the power button. The problem usually doesn't happen for a while again, but sometimes it occurs again 30 minutes later.
Someone said that it might be that my computer is over heating, so I checked my temperature after turning the computer back on, and it's around 40 Celsius to 50 Celsius. Do you think that's the problem, or is it likely something else? Either way, can I fix this, or should I just return the computer?
Any and all help is greatly appreciated. I'm not super computer savvy, but with the right direction, hopefully this can be fixed.
