cpu:core i3 2100
win:64bit 7
can i run watch dogs

NO. GT520 can throw a window around a screen but not much else.

Even on low at 800 x 600, the GT 520 is well below the minimum system requirements.

the 520 is really designed for running windows, flash html5, that's it really. if you don't believe us then don't, no skin off my nose.

The minimum requirement for Watchdogs is a GTX 460. A GTX 460 has performance in between a GTX 550 Ti and GTX 560. Therefore, your GT 520 is below the minimum system requirements. So sorry, but it will not run Watchdogs at a playable framerate.

sorry to say that but 2month ago play bf4 with 2gb ram but you say cant play this and you say again you cant play game system watch dogs. is realy or not for example bf4?

Watchdogs system requirements are significantly higher than BF4. A GTX 460 compared to a 8800GT : 2010 technology vs 2006 technology.
