So I have previously posted on these forums and I have decided that I'm upgrading my graphics card, looked up online for comparisons/prices and narrowed it down to the R9 290, I could get it used for a couple of months (with around 9 months warranty left on it) for £210.
But I have three options, the sapphire, asus and msi .. which one is recommended?

Also I have a Coolermaster 650W GX PSU that has been working fine with me for a couple of years, do I need to upgrade it or is it sufficient?

thank you

The Sapphire Tri X is the best one, however the Powercolor PCS+ is also a good option and should cost less.

XFX, Corsair (Not CX, CS, VS or RM), Cooler Master, Antec, Seasonic, be quiet!
600w+ should be enough, so your current one will be fine.

I'd upgrade it to an antec hgc 620w , the psu seems pretty old and a tier 3/4 psu

Sapphire Tri-X for sure, as far for the PSU, 650W is more than enough!
