black screen issue

When I plug Sapphire HD 7730 2GB DDR3 VGA card to Intel DH61WW motherboard and then when I power on monitor display is black screen, kindly please help me

what do you have for a power supply............. give link if you can. don't say watts.

I using Powerlogic Magnum PRO X275 power supply and also note that before I use this HD 7730 VGA card, I used HD 6450 VGA card no like this black screen issue for that.

I take it this power supply came with the case you purchased? anyways, it's not a very good one.

but I plug my power supply with my fox-con old my mother board then VGA card work perfect but in Intel mother board come black screen when power on. so do you have any idea about my issue
