The monitor, optical drive, and wireless adapter have been purchased already (as I felt they were the lowest-commitment). The socket on the Mobo looks correct, and the GPU is a steal at that price. My major concern is the PSU. The CX series looks mediocre. But this isn't a high-wattage rig, nor will it be used to OC. It's also modular and crazy cheap (sale on Newegg), two things I'm looking for.

Thanks guys!

if this rig going to be used for gaming I would save up extra 70.00 for the newer i5-4590 that 199.00 on parts picker. then use a h97 or b97 mb when they drop. the newer mb will let you drop in a newer intel cpu if needed latter on. the newer intel cpu wont run on the older x8x chipsets. for the cx line there fine other then they wont run if you turn on haswell low power sleep mode. a lot of the older power supply are not haswell tested or passed to run on intel c7 sleep mode. the easy fix is set the sleep mode to older c5 in the mb bios. also wait and pick up a r200/r300 case on sale from cosair. there made to put in long gpu in small cases. the case you have has a fixed hard drive bay and it limits you on card length.

It'll be used primarily for everyday use: internet, word processing, light-to-moderate video editing. Very occasional gaming, and nothing too demanding.
