I finally decided for building my rig but after reading some comments from the owners in newegg. That this MOBO has a problem regarding the overheating of VRM circuits which is happening when the FX 8350 on it and they said even that, they recommend not to purchase this board if you plan on installing a 125W processor..

Are these issues just occurred from the previous revision? Can anyone clarify this before I buy this board? I don't want to face some problems with this mobo because I'm travelling to another country. Please help! :(

Note: Revision 4 is listed on my list for my rig.

CPU: AMD FX-8350 Black Edition 3.50GHz
GPU: Sapphire R9-270X Dual X OC 2GB
MOBO:Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 (rev. 4.0)
RAM: Gskill RipjawsX Red 4GBx2 Dual 1600
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB
ROM: Samsung SH-224 24x DVD Writer
PSU: Corsair VS550 Power Supply
Case: Cooler Master K350

Overheating of VRM circuits can be caused by poor cooling. An aftermarket CPU cooler is the first place to start. Second, use a high quality thermal compound such as Artic Silver 5.

The case you have doesn't have a lot of cooling. I would install the 120mm size fans on all available locations.
Cooling System Front: 120mm black fan x 1
Rear: 120/90/80mm fan x 1 (optional)
Bottom: 120mm fan x 1 (optional)
Side: 120mm fan x 1 (optional)

These fans are available with no LEDs, blue, red or green LED. Often on sale with $5 rebate.
CoolerMaster R4-L2R-20AR-R1
Air Flow 69.69 CFM
Noise Level 19 dBA

I personally have this Mobo and haven't experienced ANY heat issues with my Phenom II x4 965 BE, which is 140 watts. Even when clocked at 3.8 GHz I haven't had heat issues. Now, I DO have 6 120mm case fans, so that could very well be why, but even so this is more wattage than the 8350 (which I ordered and am waiting to come in too :D) So I recommend this Mobo to anyone. I've still heard the FX-8350 runs hot and benefits from an aftermarket cooler such as the Hyper 121 Evo for $35. But with my Phenom Im running with the stock fan, almost 1.5 years and still going strong without a single heat problem. Good luck!

How about a cooler master hyper 212 evo for CPU cooler?

So are you saying that those issues with the owners are poor ventilation in their cases and are you recommending a aftermarket cpu cooler like cooler master hyper 212 evo?

Poor ventilation may not be the ONLY factor, but since I have good airflow and never had any heat issues it would make sense unless some boards are faulty. If you're worried about case ventilation then the Hyper 212 evo would be a great solution since it blows air to the BACK of the case towards your rear fan and thus out of the case entirely. I looked at your case you chose and it doesn't seem like airflow would be too much of a problem, but I wouldn't leave any fan slot empty.

But that case that I'm planning to buy is okay for the entire system?
