Is this GPU legit?

Hi guys, one of my friends has been offered this GPU http://www.ebay.com/itm/HP-GTX660Fh-DDR5PCIex16-GF-1-5GB-Card-NEW-696348-ZH1/390833229508?_trksid=p2045573.c100033.m2042&_trkparms=aid%3D11100 . Is this GPU a legit model?

No, it's too expensive and it's probably OEM GPU from pre-built PC.
Regular GTX-660 should have 2GB VRAM not 1.5GB

Edit: He could buy GTX-760 for 225$

Its an OEM model made for Hp. It that ebay link its very overpriced.

No my problem was that a similar card was offered to my friend and it looked so different from standard GTX 660. How much will perfomance differ from a reference GTX 660 . He is getting it for dirt cheap

The differences won;t be too much except VRAM (and probably GPU/VRAM clock rates)
