Yes, this should be good for gaming at those settings, the i5 may benefit from an upgrade but it should work nonetheless.

Yeah. It can run all those games maxed out with 60+ FPS in 1280x720.

You can try "can you run it". its a free online program that scans the requirements of the game and compares it with your specs, you only need java. Install it and follow the instructions in the website on what to do, it has an easy interface so you dont need to like manually give your specs or other stuff.
