I'm gamer does light/medium photoshopping and video editing, i was going to get gtx 780 ti and i5 4670k till i heard that next year(2015) the games will use more than 6 cores so is it true or not?!!
And what are your recommendation? i want that build for 5 years
And i got 1440p monitor oced to 80hz

Solution
I5 + 780Ti for gaming
I7 + 780 for (still) gaming plus video editing, heavy 3d rendering, etc.

780Ti would get you more FPS than the 780 obviously. However, if you feel the price difference of the two is not worth it, you can always OC your 780 to get near the 780Ti performance. If money isn't your issue, though, pick whatever you need. Both cards are designed to game in 3 monitors so in single monitors they should max any game effortlessly.

Get the 780 Ti with 4670k, especially for that resolution. It pairs great and would do well for the forthcoming years. Games nowadays hardly use more than four cores, let alone 6 or 8 cores. So you don't need to worry.

If you mostly do gaming go for i5 and GTX-780ti if video editing go for i7 and GTX-780 but you can go in third way get some H97 chipset motherboard + Xeon E3 1230 V3 (with Hyper-Threading like in i7's for i5's price) and GTX-780ti :)

Edit: Xeon CPU's have locked multiplier so they aren't OC'able and 1230 V3 model doesn't have integrated video.
