Hey guys, so i've read many threads like the one im about to write here.. but im so tired of this.. and i dont get why im haveing these issues since i havnt had them since like 8 patches ago or something.. so to start with here is my Setup:

Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3
Processor: AMD FX(tm)-6100 Six-Core Processor (6 CPUs), ~3.3GHz
Memory: 8192MB RAM
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7800 Series
And a 600W Power supply

So , should i really be haveing problems playing league of legends? I drop from around 80 with minions to 45-33 FPS during teamfights which is annoying as hell.. :/ I've also checked if there's heat issues, which there is none.. also, according to my Taskmanager my processor is not working its ass off during the game either.

What i've done so far to try fixing the problems:
-Reinstalled the game more than once
-Reinstalled OS and cleaned the whole PC
-Checked for Dust in fans and such
-Updated GPU drivers
-All these kind of tweaks and "fixes" for the fps problems ( from forums)
- CCleaner
-Defrag harddrives

And so on.. to add, i playing on a 1920x1080 screen, meanwhile i have a 1680x1050 screen to my right which i use for other applications. This dualmonitor thing should not be a problem either imo.. I also play the game on high settings, which should not be a problem either, also tried to lower graphics which dosnt make everything better.

In my opinion, my computer isnt bad, and should not have any problems running this game on high settings or low..

Lastly this is how things look like in game with GPU-Z and CPU-Z : http://imgur.com/wYeMdQO,1OYcgza#0
Would appreciate all help i can get, thanks!

Oh I reread what you wrote and people have been complaining that the new patches made the fps drop down really low. I don't think it's your pc's problem if it hasn't occurred before the recent patches.
