I am building a new computer rig and I am really new to liquid cooling. I've never done it before. I need help with cooling the SLI GTX 780s. Because I've heard they can get to temperatures of excess 75 degrees and that will throttleneck my gaming experience and video editing speeds. I was wondering what should I get for a first time liquid cooler. I was thinking there might be some pretty solid pre-built dual GPU liquid cooler. If possible a way to cool the CPU and GPU at with one cooling rig rather than the H100 and a GPU cooler. So like to buy one all in one cooler rather than 2 different coolers. If i should change anything to make the pc quiter and cooler please let me know. Anything I should upgrade or change please let me know. Here are my specs at what I am getting. I have upto $3000 to spend (US dollars )

You are more than fine, you don't need to worry unless you're getting close to 90C. I have GTX 780s in SLI with the reference cooler and they hit ~80C, which is perfectly normal. In fact you are getting great temps for an SLI setup.
