Which GPU to buy?

Im looking at getting a GTX 770 very soon, but struggling to decide which one to get.

Right now its looking to be between:

- MSI GeForce GTX 770 Twin Frozr Gaming Edition (£239)

- Asus GeForce GTX 770 DirectCU II OC 2GB (£251)

- Zotac GTX 770 AMP! Edition (£262)


Can anyone offer any advice on which one would be the best to get? If it would be possible, to rank them out of 10 based on:

-Performance
-Price
-Quality
-Extras (warranty etc)

I know that MSI card is the best in terms of price, quality and cooling, I heard bad things about DirectCU cooler on GTX-770 and I'm not sure about Zotac (BTW I hate it's colors) but Zotac has fastest GPU clock rate :)

I would go for MSI I have GTX-760 with Twin Frozr cooler and it's great :)
