My FPS keeps randomly dropping in all my games. I have recently re installed my OS, updated all drivers, and reapplied thermal paste. I have also ran malwarebytes and removed anything it found. I'm out of ideas on what it could be. There is no spike in CPU or memory usage when it happens too. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Believe it or not this has happened to people before and the cause was that the GPU was faulty. If I were you I would check if it is still in warranty and return the card back to the manufacturer.
