I found this Dell 000259yy Backup power supply thing at goodwill for $10 can I use it?

I found this beast at goodwill yesterday for $10 and am going to try to resell it on ebay and make a few bucks. If I am not able to sell it I was wondering if I would be able to use it as a battery backup for my gaming computer. I can't seem to find any information about it.

Does anyone know anything about these things?

You can try using it as a UPS. It is worth a try. It can not hurt anything.
For a gaming PC you will not get much time though. (2-5 min)
I would just put it on eBay and get a good UPS.
