my Nvidia G720m can't be detected on my Laptop,is it because Virus or something else

More information is needed for us to accuretly help you. What model/brand is it? New/used? How long have you had it? What is your OS?
I doubt its a virus, but you can always check with a program such as Malwarebytes.
Just off the top of my head, try installing the latest drivers, that may fix any issues you are having.

You need to install Nvidia Drivers. Download them from the official website http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-uk
After that is should be easy enough . If not reply here after installing the drivers. I will give you the next steps
