$1300 asus g750 jm, i7 4700, gtx 860m (performs as good as last years 770m while consuming less power), optimus enabled (meaning a good 6 hours of non gaming web browsing office work on battery), 2x hhd bays (one taken with 1tb hhd). Dual cooling fans means always stays cool and quite when fans are working during gaming.
I had my jm for about a month and played all new games on high, since upgraded to js series ($1800) and that gave me the 870m which plays on ultra (I use laptop more for 3d rendering which is why I opted for the upgrade).
But that said, the jm is a very very solid gaming laptop, with great battery for when not gaming. If it was straight gaming no need to go above the jm series. the 870m offers better fps, but the 860m is pure Maxwell, runs like half the wattage and still just a gaming screaming great card.
