Don't skimp on the monitor, get a 1080p one straight off then you can upgrade your other parts but keep the monitor.

Change the memory to something like this; It's cheaper (a single 2x4 kit instead of two sticks) and the sticks you originally listed are 1.7V, which might not work out very well.

The PSU I'm getting isn't really cheap. It's $50 but with a current mail in rebate making it $30. It was actually recommended to me by several people, so it's probably the least I'm worried about.

I would also check into a cpu cooler a friend of mine has the same cpu and said it ran hot and quickly replaced the cooker with an antec h60

My case has fairly good airflow and I will not be over clocking the CPU so I think the stock cooler for me will be fine.
