Suddenly slow internet speed on one device in the home

I've got a pc that I use mostly for gaming. But I've recently run into a internet problem with it..
It first occurred some days ago, where the internet speed suddenly went down. I did a speed test and i was downloading at <0.5 Mbps, and it takes forever to get to the upload, so haven't checked that one out. We got two other pc's, two MacBook Pro's, two iPhones and two iPads, where none of them are having the same problem (some on cable other on wifi) I've changed cable and port in the router, without any luck... We got a 50/50 Mbps connection, and on the other devices they all do a test which shows >50Mbps!
The first time it happened, the internet magically came back after a while, but now the problem is here again, and it's very annoying...
In the network and sharing center, it says that I have a 100Mbps connection, and I have tried to check the advanced settings with the speed and duplex, which were all good.

Hope you guys can help me out! If you need any information, just ask for it.

Regards Martin and thanks in advance

First of all, Mac's and PCs are different. If it's a Mac I can't help you. I have never and never will, use a Mac in my life. $3000 for four year old hardware? Totally worth it! /sarcasm

Also, we would need to know whether it is hardwired or on WiFi. Did you download and/or install anything lately?

Have you taken any other trouble shooting steps? For example, I would unplug any and all sources of potential interference - microwave oven, wireless phones, radios, etc; anything with radiation or radio signals. I would also turn off all the other computers and devices in the house, as your router may simply be getting overwhelmed and therefor prioritizing network traffic to the other devices.

When I'm saying PC i mean a computer running Windows. And I only got a cable connection on the computer, and as I said, I have tried to change the cable to see if it was that and I've changed ports in the router, but it doesn't help.
No I haven't installed anything lately, it just seems to come and go.. When I wrote the topic, I had the problem, but somehow it was solved an hour or so later, same thing happened last time I had the problem, all of a sudden I refreshed the webpage I was on (youtube) and the video loaded all fine. I Haven't tried to unplug microwave, phones or so, because I don't have any thing like that near me, and the problem just seems to come out of nowhere. Both times it happened while i was surfing the net, actually on youtube both times. I didn't do any changes to my mobile or other pc's/mac's in the house, and the microwave/radio/anything els electronics where connected or so. It just happens out of nowhere! :-(
Well sorry I let out my specifications:
Motherboard: AsRock Extreme3 gen3
PSU: Corsair 850W
Storage: 2x60gb Corsair SSD in Raid 0 and a 600gb HDD
CPU: Intel i5 2500
GPU: Gigabyte (AMD) HD7970
Ram: 8gb Corsair 1600MHz CL9
Running Windows 7 64bit

But no changes to hardware or software...

I recently got "kicked" from the internet, while every other PCs and Apple products were connected just fine, I had to restart the router or unplug the internet cable from my PC to solve it, it didn't help to restart the computer. But then the router crashed and got replaced, and then the problem started. It's about a week ago now, and the problem with slow internet has occurred two times so far, really annoying when I have to use my pc when it's slow, can barely do anything on the internet...
It could be another router problem, but i don't think so, since changing ports doesn't make a change, so my best guess is that i somehow got some settings fucked up... I've also updated the internet driver, but that didn't help... :-(
