New mATX all-purpose build

Hi all,

I am new here, just joined this interesting forum.

I would like to ask your advice about the following new PC build. This should be a all-purpose system that will hopefully last around 6 years. I will do gaming, but also general work, programming, running VM images, photo editing and maybe a little video editing.

My main requirements are:
- Small but not too small to restrict component choice and airflow (so rather mATX over ITX)
- Should provide decent cooling
- Be as silent as possible given the above
- My budget is around € 1000 or £ 815.

The case I want to use is the Cooler Master Silencio 352 which I could not find on pcpartpicker. The rest of the parts:

Could you please give me your opinion on this build. Anything I should change?

Thank you very much!

You definitely needed a change in RAM as it had CAS 11. I've tried to find cheaper alternatives to your build while keeping the specs.
