Turn off LED lights on fans

I am looking at replacing all of the fans in my rig.
However, I don't want the LED's to be on all the time. Really I just want the LED for that extra bit of gimmick/"wow" factor. Is there a way to turn the LED's off and keep the fans running? Is there a relatively simple fan controller that can do this?
There is a switch in my case for only one of the led fans, but it's just for that one.

What I would do is just get LED strips that you can turn off such as NZXT's LED lighting and their LED controller.

The other option is to get UV reactant fans like Gelid Wing fans (they are amazing fans). What you do is get UV lighting strips to pt in your case (similar to LED's), and when they are on, only your fans will light up. You could connect the strips to a fan controller to turn them on and off.
