Question about motherboard ram support

I have a gigabyte 78LMT usb3, and on the spec page it says support for 1333+ ram...i bought 1600 ripjaws. So will the 1600 work? Or do i need to buy 1333 ram. Thanks guys

I checked the motherboard on the oficial page of gigabyte and there is a special memory support manual here is the link: http://download.gigabyte.eu/FileList/Memory/mb_memory_g...
And as it says you can use 1600 mhz DDR3

Thanks for replying, another question though, the chart says 8gb for all of them and i bought a 4gb stick. Im probably just paranoid but will the 4 gb stick work?
