Hi, my english isn´t that good but ill hope you will understand me. Im a noob at building computers (really need a lot of help), I have never built one before. Im wondering if my pieces will fit together and work. Also if theres parts that are overkill or underkill for the system that i should rather change. I want it to be a fast but very, very silent gaming computer. Im also thinking about overclocking the cpu (4 -4.2 ghz).

Here are the parts im wondering about:
cpu: Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core

cpu-cooler: Noctua NH-D14

motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z87X-HD3 ATX LGA1150

ram: Crucial Ballistix Sport 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory

storage (ssd): Sandisk Ultra Plus 256GB 2.5"

storage (hardrive): Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM (i dont know if this peace is quiet, if you know a quiet but cheap 2tb hardisk, please let me know).

Video Card: GeForce GTX 770 2GB Video Card
video card 2: GeForce GTX 770 2GB Video Card

case: BitFenix Shinobi Window ATX Mid Tower Case

power suply: Corsair RM 750W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply (also wanna know if this one is quiet)

case fans: 3 Noctua NF-F12 PWM 120mm Fans (two up top, and one at the back),
also a BitFenix Spectre Pro LED 120mm Fan at the side (window)

I would really apreciate any help from you guys, very concered about buying bad parts.

For the motherboard the ASrock Z87 Extreme 4 has very good price quality and overclocking results.
I would not recommend dual Gtx 770 as it is a bit of overkill for a single monitor, also single cards are preferred over SLI.
Gtx 780 is more then enough and even a Gtx 770 will do, but if you want it to be very future-proof go with the Gtx 780 otherwise one Gtx 770 is enough for now. You can always add another card later for SLI.
For gaming 8Gb memory is enough.
And talking about the cooler, it is a very good cooler, but if are only going to overclock to 4-4.2Ghz the Hyper 212 EVO is more then enough, infact it is sufficient til 4.5GHz which is about the max you can OC your i5 4670K on this motherboard.
The power supply needs to be good quality when you want to overclock, and for the cable management a modular one allows for better cable management and thus better airflow in your case.

Are you going to game a singe monitor and on what resolution?

thank you for your detailed answer, Computersloeber, but my budget is between 1500-1800 bucks so i could have some better quality parts. The cpu you suggested isnt as quiet as the noctuna. For me its really important that the pc is very silent. 2 gtx 770 give much more graphical power for the money than one gtx 780 and i also dont need a optical drive (never use them anyway). Also the mobo seems to be more for windows 8 users im not sure, but its important for me have windows 7 (because its more compatible with games) Have experienced a lot of issues with my friends pc and windows 8

I will post an updated build later today, as I don't have much time at the moment sorry for that.
About the graphics card 2 Gtx 770 is indeed very good and matches the performance of the Titan, but this will be a lot of overkill on a single 1080P monitor, if you plan on buying two or even three monitors then it would be more adequate.

I understand you want the best that is possible for your budget, but you can also save a bit of money now and but a $300/400 dollar graphics card which is more then enough for now and buy another next year when you start to need the extra performance. Do you really need that super high performance now? And I don't want to discourage you, I just want to know how important it is for you :)

Do you need to buy a monitor, keyboard and mouse, or do you already have those so I can include them in the build.
I will post an update as soon as possible!

i do have a monitor, keyboard and everything. Soon im building a hometheatre, where i might have a 4k projector wich will be projecting a 130 inch screen on my wall. I will also have some nice 7.1 canton audio surround system and it would be amazing to play Bf4 or watch dogs (which is coming out pretty soon actually) on that system. And trust me, money is not a problem for me, my hometheatre will cost 10 times more than the pc

4Gb video card will be needed for 4K resolution. Gtx 770 will be best indeed as it will produce less heat and thus needs less cooling which means less noise :)
Added a better motherboard and for the ram I hope it doesn't mind the color doens't quite match that of the motherboard?
If it is a problem I will seek other RAM for you.
If you have questions please ask! :D

Thanks for the list, seems to be a very reasonable system. I dont really care about the colors so i think ill go with this setup.
But i want two more fans, in the front of the case (sorry i forgot to mention them before) and i also want all of the fans to be connected to the motherboard so i can control their speed and such. Can you plug 2 fans into the same fan header? and if so will it work with this build?
Also, does this power supply have all the connectors needed for this build? i think the gtx 770 needs extra PCI.E power connectors or something. I dont know, just want to be sure.

The PSU has four PCI-E (6P/8P) power connectors so you don't need to buy extra, it is SLI ready.
FOr the fans if they are the same type I think you can plug them in the same fan header using a y-cable but i never tried it.
http://www.noctua.at/pdf/manuals/noctua_nf_f12_manual_en.pdf
According to this manual the y-cable is included, but I am not sure.

For the max safe i5 4670K temperature, it is 72.72°C. So make sure you won't go over it when overclocking. It can take more, but then you risk damage so anything under 72.72°C is safe.
And you will be able to OC to 4.5 GHz maybe more just see if it remains stable and the temp stays under 72.72°C.

Alrigt, you have helped me a lot , i think im ready to buy all the parts and put them together. Gonna go with the gtx 770 4gb partslist you sent me.
Really appreciate all youve done and cannot wait to finally put all the pieces together. Im marking this thread as solved. :)
