I want to Build a gaming Pc but dont know what to put into it.
I play games like:
-DayZ
-Minecraft
-Battlefield
I will be using this PC to edit and render videos And Live-Stream
And I have a Budget of $450 Canadian Currency.

How about 625$? Not that expensive, but gives you incredible gameplay. You can play BF4 on Med-High while streaming/recording and High - Ultra when not.
