Hi guys!

I bought a brand new Asus Zenbook and it has been great. When I purchased the laptop, it had one slot for RAM with 4 GB of RAM in it. Since I do a lot of multitasking and wanted to play League of Legends and other smallish games, I had 8 GB of DDR3 put into my laptop in place of the original 4 GB stick. I noticed that my memory usage was about 70% at start up. I found why! I went into my BIOS, and my PC is only registering that I have 2 GB out of the 8 GB of RAM.

I know Windows 32-bit OS have difficulties detecting larger amounts of RAM. However, I am running on Windows 8.1, 64-bit. Thinking perhaps the DRAM voltage was too low, so I installed CPUZ. Well, come to find out it's runnning at 1.50 V. Applications like Piriform Speccy and CPUZ registers that I have 8 GB of RAM, not 2 GB like my BIOS and task manager keeps saying I have.

I desperately need some help. While I am fairly computer literate, this is out of my league and I'd end up Googling this for hours without someone else's help. Here's some information to help you:

Screenshot from Speccy:
1. Speccy registers 8 GB of RAM

Screenshots from CPUZ:

2. Memory overview
3. Memory timing table
