I tried all of the above. Malwarebytes came up clean but somehow the Run as administrator commands have vanished from all of the drop down menus of All Programs under Start Bar and all menu items under Start Menu. I can no longer open any programs. To get into Firefox I had to use desktop screen and right click gadgets and then click on get more gadgets online! Malwarebytes is sole security program that will open. Microsoft Security Essentials, Glary Utes 5, even Windows Update won't open for me anymore. I no longer have a Run as Administrator command on programs and hitting Open won't work at all! Dammit! I am really pissed off and nobody seems to want to help me. This is the 17th help forums I have tried and they all say the same lameass crapola about using System Restore which any novice moron knows to try first anyhow! I think all this crap began a few days ago when ny freaky brother wanted me to go online to adamandeve.com (a sex freaks website to buy junk) and I was dumb enough to do it! Now I can't get rid of whatever parasites it brought along! From now on he can use the mail! Can you think of any cures for what ails my poor Henrietta? Thanks I hope- keimanzero
