2 almost identical gaming pc's. But almost, which one is the best for the money?

So I found 2 almost identical prebuilt gaming pc's. The only differences are the Memories, Processors, and, the amount of money you have to pay for them. (I'm from Europe) so the one is 999€ (appr. 1368 USD) and the other one is 899€ (appr. 1231 USD). The most expensive one has an intel core i7 4770 processor and 8 gb of ram memory. The other one has an intel core i5 4440 processor and 16 gb of ram memory. So my question is, which one would you recommend? And that may sound stupid and you might think that's easy because you would obviously go for the better processor since that you don't need that much ram for gaming. But it's also a difference of 100€ (appr. 137 USD) which will cost me 20 weeks of pocket money. So keep that in mind, now what would you recommend? Still the better processor or the cheaper one? Explainations are welcome!

To get the best bang for your buck, I would recommend getting the i5 build. Sure, i7 CPUs are technically superior, but in gaming you wouldn't see too much of a difference. That extra RAM would be useful in some cases too. If you were coding or something, then that would be a different story.

But for that budget, why not just build a great PC yourself?

For gaming, the one with the i5 will suit you better, but the GPU makes a massive difference so look at that. For overall productivity the first one is going to be better, however look at the GPU that comes with them if you dont have one already or dont plan on buying one, that will be the component that makes the most difference when gaming.

the i5 cpu is fine as long as your not going to over clock it. the pc if it has a mini h81/h87 chipset most times it one video card mb. non sli or crossfire. the higher end rig may do sli or crossfire. also look at the gpu that comes with the rig and the power supplys. those two parts will make or break a rig.

I first wanted to build a pc myself. The problem is/was that I'm from the Netherlands and in my country there aren't that really much modern components, you're probably thinking why not importing. Well, because then I have to pay lots of taxes because I buy my products in another country. So then I have to keep the price that low that I think getting a prebuilt one from my country without any taxes is cheaper for the thing you get. And video cards in both are nVidia gtx760
