Installing new drivers

Okay so I finished my custom pc and wanted to use my harddrive out if my old computer. Well I know you usually have to reinstall windows because if the drivers. But I was wondering if I could install the drivers I need for my custom pc when it is in my other computer and then put it in my custom?

before you move your hard drive boot into safe mode and remove all of the old drivers in windows device manager and turn off everything in start up under msconfig. if your lucky you be able to get into windows on the new pc parts and install the drivers.
