Ram for ASRock Z97 Extreme4?

Basically what I want to know is if I'm buying an i5-4670k with an AsRock z97 Extreme4 which one of these sections should I choose my ram from NewEgg from?

Enhanced Gaming
(DDR3 1066 to DDR3 1600)

Performance Gaming
(DDR3 1866 to DDR3 2133)

Extreme Gaming
(DDR3 2400 & above)

well, idk your budget or use, but it doesnt make much of a difference, get whatever has a high frequency and low cas latency, such as 1866@cas 9, which is what i would suggest, again, if you have the money for it. a 1866 cas 9 should be only like $5 more than a 1600.

Well the board is capable of these speeds
DDR3 2933+(OC)/2800(OC)/2400(OC)/2133(OC)/1866(OC)/1600/1333/1066

So I'm wondering should I just buy 2400 Ram from the Extreme Gaming section. The prices are all generally the same for 8gb of ram no matter the speeds from 1600 to 2400.

This is the ram I currently have selected which is 2400 ram, Timing 11-13-13-31, Cas 11. I'm not sure if this is any better than 1866 ram @9cas so that's what I'm trying to determine.
