I must choose between these two video cards. I really like the Radeon for being faster and having more vram, but the Gefore has GPU Boost 2.0, PhysX, TXAA, and NVIDIA G-SYNC-ready. Who will convince me?

EDIT: Wow, there seems to be plenty of people already debating about this elsewhere. Oh well!

The GTX 780 is better.

Get the the 780.

Most games to this date can not use more then 2 GB of VRAM, so having 4GB of VRAM is useless.
You will not see any performance increses between 3 and 4 GB of VRAM.

The core clock on the R9 is a little bit faster, but according to benchmarks it still lost to the 780.
You could always OC the 780 too. I would get the GTX 780!

I use games as benchmarks. Radeon wins when you look at the cards in action. When you look at the FPS over time, the Radeon never falls below 40ps. But the 780 gets to 30 fps on three occasions.

It really depends on the test. Every computer is different.

It really comes down to what works best with your system.
If your PSU can handle them ETC.
If your MOB only supports SLI get the GeForce.
You can not run AMD cards in Crossfire on an SLI MOB.
The same for no Crossfire with a GeForce cards.
If you do not plan to run SLI ETC, then get the card that best fits your budget.

As a 780ti owner who had a 780 for almost two weeks, the ti is quite a bit faster, some games 20+ fps some games just a few more but ti's have been dropping in price which is great.
