Hello,
I have the Core V71 at home and really enjoying it.
You might not need 2 fans on the bottom, but just add them later if you need them once you get the system together.

Any cooler should fit into this awesome case, the D14 is a great cooler, but if you are looking for an alternate option, one example would be to check out the Frio Extreme - https://store.thermaltakeusa.com/inside03.php?k=15&a=413
The V71 does have 1 200mm fan on the top and you do have room to add a 2nd one if you like. This case has a lot of room, which gives good air flow and should help you with ambient temps.
Add some cool lighting in there to complement the color scheme you are looking for or even better, check out an AIO water cooler as an alternate option if you think an air cooler might be too distracting where a AIO is more discreet.

The Fractal Define R4 http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008HD3CTI is generally regarded as the "go-to" case for enthusiasts who want a quiet, well cooled, and classy looking case. It has plenty of airflow and customization options for all types of coolers. You really have to decide what you really want to do with your entire build to determine the fan arrangement inside.
The D14 is the best air cooler that I can recommend and would stick with that choice unless you want to go with an AIO water cooler. Personally, I'd stick with air because of it's reliability and performance but it's up to you.

You want to have the D14 fans blow toward the back of the case and no you don't need a top exhaust fan. You can get one and it will help a bit with the heat inside the case but it's not really necessary.

You will always want to arrange the CPU cooler to blow out the back and you really don't "need" a top fan unless you are doing some serious overclocking or have a SLI/Crossfire setup.

Out the back, you want to take advantage of the cold air coming straight into the cooler from the front.

The very front of the case has two intake fans and on the opposite side of the case (the back) at the top but on the back side is a 120/140mm exhaust fan. You want your CPU fan oriented this same way. Sucking cold air from the front of the case and blowing the warmer air toward the back of the case where the exhaust is.
The 200mm exhaust fan at the top of the case isn't completely necessary unless you have multiple GPU's or some setup creating a lot of extra heat in the case. Hot air naturally rises out the top anyway. You only need the top fan for extreme setups where you need to move out as much hot air as possible quickly. You will already have plenty of airflow in the case. Adding fans creates more noise.

The nh-d14 is one of the ugliest fans there are in my opinion. But it is the king of airflow coolers. If you have an open side, and don't like the look of the noctua, you can look for other air solutions, or go closed loop. I prefer closed loop myself for open window cases. It just looks so much better, but this is all a matter of opinion. Many would disagree.

Also, now I understand which direction, ty.
However, I have another question, if I buy NZXT H440 or Fractal Design r4, should I buy h100i or h110?
Does those two cases support h110?
