I will be playing BF3,BF4,Far Cry 3 etc.

Zotac GeForce Gtx 760 2GB

Build 2:

FX 8320

MSI 970A-G43

Crucial BallistiX XT 1600MHZ 2X4GB

XFX ProSeries 550W Bronze

CM Force 500

HIS R9 270X IceQ 2GB

What is your max budget? For gaming builds, I would recommend an intel build.

If i do an Intel Build then i can only get an i5-4440 and a R9 270X and all the other parts

The motherboard in build 2 is known for overheating and catching fire. Change it for sure if you go that route.

That motherboard is better. Not awesome for overclocking or anything, but for stock clocks will be perfectly fine and reliable.

The gtx760 and r9 270x are VERY close in performance. The 760 is only like 2-6% better. There will not be a noticeable difference between the cards.
