It isnt really a build, its a modified Optiplex 780.

Heres the specs-

GPU- GT 640 1gb gddr5 superclocked
CPU- Core 2 Quad Q8300 2.5ghz
Ram- 4gb ddr3
OS- Windows 7 ultimate

So essentially what i want to do is play skyrim with ENBs and similar games on max with 40fps+ and have it look good.

I havent gotten the CPU yet, but i could run skyrim on ultra with my Core 2 Duo 3.00ghz, but it looked like crap.
So how is it? What should i do to upgrade this so i can play pretty games on max? I need to keep it in a $110 budget.

You NEED to upgrade the gpu. You will probably not get 40+ FPS even with a gpu upgrade so I don't know how you will do that

Then you may be able to get 40 FPS with something like a R7 260 or 250X. Otherwise, you will need to get something like a R9 270 or 270X

i don't recommend playing games with max graphic settings , u may face some crashes or PC heating up either GPU or CPU issues .
