Hello, I just ordered all my new parts (besides my R9 280x) and when they get here I will have an i5 4670k and an AMD 7850 along with 8GB DDR3. Until I order my 280x, do you think that setup will run Watch Dogs at higher settings with good playable frames? I ask because I know Ubisoft can be an ass to PC gamers so I want to make sure I can run it before I decide if I want to buy it.

It wont be as intense as its made out to seem, at 1080p with a 280x you should be fine.

The question was if his 7850 would, although I don't see why its relevant. It will run. If you don't like the frame rate turn down the settings. If you want to be sure wait for benchmarks. My crystal ball is broke....

The question also was at higher settings =), recommended specs show a 7850/560ti so you might be able to get away with high and no AA possibly. Either way if the game play itself doesn't attract you, the eye candy wont either.

What a shame. I was hoping for someone who knew the REAL capabilities of the 7850 and if they were up to par with the graphic requirments of Watch Dogs considering I have been bottlenecked with it its whole life by an AMD A8 5500 APU, but I guess sarcasm has taken over.
